Question : Spooler Error

I get this error in Event Viewer and it shuts down my spooler and causes a huge amount of headaches.

Answer : Spooler Error

A bad print driver can cause all sorts of spooler issues.  I ran through a similar situation and had to use the windows resource tool kit spooler cleaner.
This cleans all the print monitors and related reg keys.
Works well but it will clean all the printers off of the machine so you would need to reinstall the prinnters again.
If you run this tool make sure to choose no to uninstall tcpip port/usb port
