Question : Need Exchange 2003 POP3 connector to leave mail on server

Hi all,
I have a situation where I have an SBS2003 server running Exchange 2003 SP1 at a small business and they are getting their email through Comcast.  I use the pop3 connector to grab their comcast.net email and deliver it to their Exchange email accounts.

The problem is, I have two users here who want to be able to access their email remotely using the comcast.net server.  If they go check comcast.net, they see no email because the Exchange server has grabbed it and removed it from the server.

Is there any way to configure the Exchange pop3 connector to leave the mail on the server when it grabs it?

Thanks,

Jeff

Answer : Need Exchange 2003 POP3 connector to leave mail on server

This is probably not  the answer you are looking for but have you thought of setting up Outlook Web Access to allow the users to check their mail when offsite?

I quickly checked the POP3 documentation and could find no way of telling the connector to leave the mail on the server.
