Question : Move From IIS6 to IIS7

Hello Experts,

My company will move a Windows 2003 Server running ii6 (more than 300 websites, ftp, access databases,php, asp, .Net, etc...) to a new server running windows 2008 wiht iis7.

Does anyone has any tips and hint to do this ? Is there a migration tool ?
