Question : Sendmail setup - HP Release B.11.11 - HP9000

We just purchased an HP9000 running HP Release B.11.11

What all needs to be setup for sendmail to run properly "out of the box?"

Some info:

I know the process is running

operator $ ps -ef | grep sendmail                            
root 22115 20081  0 12:24:22 pts/0     0:00 vi /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
operator 13967 13303  0 13:47:57 pts/tc    0:00 grep sendmail
root 13744     1  1 17:34:56 ?         0:42 sendmail: accepting connections on port 25

We've modified sendmail.cf to include:
# "Smart" relay host (may be null)
DS10.2.2.2

10.2.2.2 = exchange server

I've verified i can telnet to port 25 on 10.2.2.2, and sent an e-mail.

I'm using this command to attempt to send mail:
cat conslog | tail -100 | mailx -s BackupLog [email protected]

Am i missing something else?

It was the wrong syntax, below worked:
