Question : Automatically setting a desired font when viewing an incoming mail
|
|
I have vision problems and require fonts to be at least 14pt. In Outlook, I click on a new mail and have to manually click on View/Fonts/Largest. I have to do this for every mail I open. Is there a way to automatically get the enlarged font everytime I open a mail? I noticed that this happens when the mail is in HTML format. Another thing that I sometimes manually do is change the mail format from HTML to Plain Text for each mail (I have set the plain text to be a large font under mail options). Again, is there a way to have the mail automatically display in Plain Text instead of HTML? I really don't mind in what format the msg is displayed as long as it's a large font. Thanks.

Is it possible for you to change the Windows Font size ratio in Windows ?
In config pannel select display, Prarameters, advanced and set the ration to, 175 % ...
then ALL Fonts will be 50 % Bigger, so a 8pt will give 14pts
Change the Font size in the normal windows display to have a correct standard windows display...
;-)
