Client had problem with laptop drive so I put it into an external usb housing and hooked it up to my system. System sees the drive but I need to access a folder \documents and settings\john\local settings. It is marked hidden. I tried to change attrib as I get an access denied error when trying to access the folder.
Tried safe mode and dos mode (I have xp pro sp2).
Cannot change attrib and remove the hidden attrib or access this folder.
Any suggestions or tools to do this?
