Question : Problems when opening a Word Document.. Its shows in blank

When whe open a word document its show in  blank, but we know that there is info there. It has about 200 pages and when it is being open it shows in the bottom bar that is has xxxxxx characters there. Please help. There's any setting in Word that hides the information?

Have you tried saving the file as RTF or TXT file to see if you can then see the file ?

Is it happening with specific user accounts or on specific computers ?

Have you checked for possible viruses ? Is your anti virus up to date ?
