Question : Copying Font (Arial Narrow) from one machine to another

Hi there
We've installed Office 2003 on one of XP mahine and we also installed on Office 2003 on server (Windows 2003 ... don't ask me why :)). We found that Arial Narrow is not apart of it. I've also when back installation on server and tick optional for new font and still there is no Arial Narrrow.

How to copy this font from one machine to another?

 

Answer : Copying Font (Arial Narrow) from one machine to another

You could copy the ARIALN.TTF font file from c:\windows\fonts on the XP machine to someplace on the 2003 machine, then go to control panel --> fonts on the 2003 machine, select file --> install new font and tell it where to find the file.
You SHOULD be able to just drop the file into c:\windows\fonts folder ont he 2003 machine, but you might as well do it through control panel.
