Question : Excel97: Lost Title Bar

The title bar for my Excel 97 program has disappeared on one of my PC's.  The workbook title bars appear, but not for the program.  The workbook title bar also appears right above the worksheet, as a window within the Excel, but not at the top of the screen, as it normally does.  
How do I restore the settings?

I am not onsite with the PC in question, so if this is confusing, I apologize.

I assume you have gone to the View Menu and made sure it isn't in Full Screen mode?

I have seen this happen before, and Excel had also remembered this view setting for the particular user. I logged on a Administrator and the titlebar re-appeared. That was the clue that it was a user setting.
