Question : use Snag It to Capture .AVI Frame?

I'd like to use Snag It to Capture .AVI Frame? and save it as a '.bmp' '.jpg' etc I'm running the .avi frame on power DVD!

does anyone know how please?

All I get is a black space where the image should be!!
