Question : Infopath Sharepoint problem

I need to open the Form  deigned  InfoPath from SharePoint web portal without download the InfoPath on my PC (I am a client I dont need to download InfoPath) ?

You need InfoPath Form Services to render your browser compatible form on the server.

This is included in MOSS 2007.
