Question : Distribution list does show up in global adress book

HI,
I created a mail enabled distribution group added the users to the list in active directory. used default options. but the users on the network cannot see the dist group in their Global address list? any idea guys?

if the laptop users are using cached mode outlook and are not able to see this new group then it could be because this new group is not included in the offline address book on the server
this list is generated once daily and outlook automatically downloads it once daily.
