Question : OWA not opening correctly in my browser anymore

I woke up this morning, checked my mail fine through OWA, shut my PC down, took it to work, fired it up checked again and now it looks like this:

I tried clearing my cache, emptying my temp files, etc.. etc...

Also, when I first booted it back up when I got to work, the appearance of my start bar had changed to XP Blue and not Classic like it normally was, but my start bar was still set to classic.

Virus scan turned up nil too

When you manually enter the site does it work?
Did you try http://ip addresss of your exchange server/exchange?
