Question : Windows does not remember screen resolution setting

I have a computer that I am just setting up. I have added a nVidia Quattro 2 video card and installed the latest drivers from nVidia's site. Only one problem. It doesn't remember what screen resolution I set. Every time I reboot, the resolution is set back to 800x600... Which isn't good as we'd like to do some CAD on this PC.

How can I get it to stick at a resolution?
