Answer : How to reduce the number of log file in mdbdata folder

"I wonder why the number of log file in the mdbdata folder is increasing more and more "
This is because these are transaction logs. When anything happens, creation of a contact in a mailbox, deletion of an email, sending an email, receiving an email, etc. this is recorded in the tranaction logs.

"And can I delete some log file there"
Unless you are very knowledgable in Exchange I do not suggest this. Manually deleting these files can easily corrupt your databases.

Run a FULL ONLINE Exchange backup to purge the logfiles.
NOTE:
Some 3rd party apps allow you to backup individual mailboxes. This will not purge the logfiles. You need to backup the Microsoft Information Store.
Windows Backup on the Exchange server can do this.
