Question : behaviour for clicking on image links, save as instead of opening in browser

when i click on the link below it asks me where i want to save this image i've been trying to replicate this with my own image links but the default behaviour for mine is to display the link in a new browser window
i want this for my images when i click this link it asks me if i want to open or save. my links open in a new browser
