Question : Creating a Distribution List from Shared Contacts

I've looked everywhere and I can't believe that MS didn't give us this option.

I have a Manager that is on trips constantly. He wants his Assistant to create a Distribution List on his Contact repository. The Assistant manages the Manager's contacts and calendar. Under her Outlook.

We shared his contacts, gave the assistant Publishing Author, but when you go to add members, only the GAL and the Assistant contacts show up.

How can I make the Shared Contacts show up on the address list? We don't want to use Public Folders because he syncs his Blackberry to his own contacts.

Is there an add on?

What you can try is have the boss's contacts copied to her contacts and once she's done then drag and drop the DL from her Contacts to his.
