Question : Global Adress Book STILL will not update

I am running an exchange 2007 server and after 4 days Our Global address book has still not updated on all of our employees outlook clients. We are running in cached mode and I have also forced the update on the server side of the offline address book. I even tried deleted all of the .OAB files on the client computer and then had it download the address book under send and receive and still I see the users that I have deleted appearing and I still cannot see any new users. When I log in through the web mail portion I can see the new users and do not see the deleted users. Please provide a solution as I have 40 + users and it would not be good if I have to go to every workstation to resolve this.

Has it ever worked? What happened around the time that it stopped working? Any errors in the event logs around OAB generation?
I presume that you are using Public Folder for OAB distribution? Is that still set in EMC?
When you take the machines out of cached mode you are using a live data lookup, which is why the problem goes away. It is OAB generation that has the issue.
