Question : html email background images and outlook

Hi,
I wanted to send an HTML email to our homelist and first tested how it came through into different emails eg. yahoo, gmail, etc. For some reason when it came into outlook, the background image did not come through. Please let me know how i can fix the problem. I used both html and css to specify a background image.

Answer : html email background images and outlook

BAsically, after doing furhter research online, it was concluded that the new outook does not work with backround images, as well as other functions of html emails because of their security features. so I guess i'l just have to redesign the email and make the text an image with the background. this way it shoudl go through.
