Question : Unable to Install/Re-install exchange
|

Unable to install Exchange after server crash. I have no Backup server backup only information store. I have removed Exchange from active directory as per microsoft KB articles. I am able to run setup /forestprep and setup /domainprep. as soon as i run setup to start first server installation with custom selected, I get a "Microsoft exchange has an unknown installation problem" when using minimal or tipical I get the following error "setup encountered an error while checking prerequisites for the component "Microsoft Exchange": 0XC0070052 (82): The directory or file cannot be created. Therefore I cannot install Exchange. All exchange prerequisites are met.
