I have registered with marketingtips.com and received the email about their latest activities. It seems that what they quoted were great success cases following their advice.
Of course, they may have their marketing experience.

In order to know this better, I would like to see if any expert knows about this site or similar sites that can be trusted for marketing online.

Corey Rudl (marketingtips.com) along with Declan Dunn are the two great internet marketing gurus.  Anything you read by them will make you a better marketer but that doesn't mean you will make a fortune. I particularly like the way Corey always gives real examples of what has worked for him and what hasn't.

Just remember two things.  Firstly (as you say) there is no magic formula for making money on the internet and most internet millionaires would never have heard of Rudl and Dunn.  Secondly the vast majority of people who have read Rudl and Dunn will vastly increased their knowledge as a result but very few will have significantly improved their finances.
