Question : How to add live webcam to my webpage

I need to have direction on how to add a live camera to my webpage. What program do i use in order to provide a live video stream as i see on many other people's website.
Please send me step by step instruction.

BAsically you'll need a piece of software that will access the webcam, and upload the image to your website.  Most pieces of software will do it via an FTP account.  all you need to do is specify the ftp address, login details and where the image should be stored.

there a a number of freeware webcam software programs you can download from the web.  One that i'd recommend is:
