They (mine and your link) works fine for me using IE.
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) versions 8.0i and 8.5i cannot be removed by the installer for the McAfee consumer product line.
To ensure the normal operation of security software, it is advisable to install only the modules from your McAfee Security Suite. If other Anti-Virus and security applications are installed, conflicts may occur. The possible consequences of these conflicts include:
reduced effectiveness of your security software
slow computer performance
system instability (crashes or blue screens)
There are exceptions for some types of applications, such as those that do not auto-load or those that run background scanning.
These compatibility issues are most apparent when installing security applications. To help ensure that these issues do not occur, the software installed on your computer is reviewed during the installation process. This review checks for the presence of software that could cause conflicts. This software may include files, folders, registry entries, and services.
Solution
Use the Windows Add or Remove Programs feature to uninstall the conflicting software, then restart the McAfee consumer product installation.
Additional information
While most applications are removed correctly using the Windows Add or Remove Programs feature, there are times when this process does not fully remove the software.
