 Is there a way to set a time quota for a chikd,s use of their computer?  For example, I want to limit his usage to 90 minutes per day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and when the alloted time has been used up the computer will lock until 9:00 a.m. the following day.
