Question : Backup Exec 12.5 on 64bit Windows 2003 Server, with 32bit Windows Server & Exchange
I'm getting ready to install Backup Exec 12.5 on a WIndows 2003 server that is 64bit. I have a Windows 2003 server, 32bit, with Exchange 2003. Do I need to install the 32bit version of BE on the 64bit server so that it can work with the Exchange Agent on the Exchange server? I'm guessing yes, but just wanted to verify.

You should be fine, you can install 64 bit media server and backup 32 bit servers via remote agent (will push out 32 or 64 bit depending what's needed). Exchange 2003 agent is fine with this configuration
