Question : Time respond is too slow

Hello everyone,
I have a J2EE application deployed in Weblogic.
I will describle the architecture as below:
The database (Oracle), web logic server, also my J2EE application are installed on sun server which located at A city
From B city, I run my application from web browser. But the time response is too slow.
The network connection is lease-line.
I've deployed this app on local machine, and it works OK.
Anyone gives me some causes, please.

Answer : Time respond is too slow

there might be many reasons for the slow performance...

1) there might be network problems
2) the network itself might be slow
3) the application might be taking more time to process
4) the response being sent from the server might be taking more time.....
