Question : Exchange Bounce Back Error

When trtying to send an email from my Outlook to somone on the outside @bellsouth.net.  I get this error message:

Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified

At first, i was getting 553 error underliverables but i worked woth my T1 provider in getting that fixed and corrected so now i get this new message, any ideas would be very much appreciated?!

you mention being still blacklisted on a couple sites - if the blacklist listings that show your server/domain is blocked are being used by bellsouth a/o worldnet, you may automatically likely be blocked by the isp smtp server.

also, now that people with a bellsouth email are now receiving emails from your server/domain, it appears your blacklist/blocking issue with bellsouth has been resolved.

unfortunately, assuming noone using a worldnet email acct is able to recieve emails from your mail server - you may be having the same issue (black listed) with att worldnet.
