Hi, I've got this kind of problem. Our intranet has three many permission areas: one is generic, one is for office people and one for us ITS people. I'm an administrator and can get in and modify all those areas.
Now i've made an service that uses asp pages. I have developed and tested it in ITS-area and it worked fine. Now I moved it from ITS to office area where it should be. Surprise, surprise!!The asp-pages doesn't show. When I disabled the friendly HTTp error messages it says:
Server Application Error The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.
Not a hell lot more.
I was wondering. Is threre a way to allow asp in IIS for some folders and deny for others? because it seems like that. In generic area the new service is working in specific folder where all other asp files are but not anywhere else in the generic area.
Please help me.
