Question : Website Frame Question

Hello, I am trying to design a web site, and my skills are rusty, I used Sharepoint Designer to author the site. I created frames, but I want all frames to scroll not just the main window. The site is currently at "http://dev.cwa1031.net". I am using HTML to design the site. What is the syntax to make all three frames scroll together?

If you want to use a javascrit to scroll an entire page, you can use this code

Insert the code in the frameset page. With this code, you can have one frame with scroll, and when you scroll down that frame, the other frame it will go down too.
