Question : Random Emails are printing very small
|
|
I have a network using MS Exchange. Users access their email via Outlook. Recently some users have complained that when they print an email, it prints VERY tiny. You can't really even read it it's so small.
It has something to do with the formatting because if you change the format of the email to Rich Text or Plain Text, you get a warning that all formatting will be lost. Then you change it back to HTML and it prints fine.
This seems to have happened since the last MS Windows Update. Any Idea why? Also, some emails are printing the correct size, but there is no header information. Its not all emails that either of these problems is happening to, but it doesn't matter who prints the specific emails, it does the same thing.
Please help!

Hi markcondiff,
Do you have IE7? If so, emails coming from someone with IE6 will print small. Uninstall IE 7 to fix the problem. Waiting to here from MS for a fix.
cheers, frankco
