Question : edit button in dreamweaver

I am working on an existing website in Dreamweaver CS4; I do have Photoshop also.  There are custom made buttons that I need to change the text on - is there any easy way to do this?  Or a possible link that would explain how to do it?  Thanks.

I take the buttons and remove the text, in the first button is only text About Us, no gradient change behind text, and for another buttons, choose the button with shortest text, and do the same. Hope this will work for you!
