Question : Access Database does not open unless shift key is pressed

Hi all.

I have an Access 2003 database that suddenly won't open. The only way it will open is if I press the shift-key and double click it.

I've tried restoring a copy from last week and it still does the same thing.

Any ideas?

Answer : Access Database does not open unless shift key is pressed

Look under Tools, Startup.  Is special keys selected?  Is full menus selected?  Turn off special keys and check what you want to be visable.
