Question : Added new domain controller and Netlogon and sysvol are not shared.

I just added a new domain controller and moved all the fsmo rules and GC over. But after replication I see there is no Netlogon or sysvol shared.
Here is an output of the DCdiag on the new server:

Answer : Added new domain controller and Netlogon and sysvol are not shared.

Stopped NTFRS Services on both the DCs

>Took backup for Policies and Scripts from old DC

 

>On Old DC

- Under Registry Set BurFlag value to D4

- Started NTFRS Service

- Eventually got Event Id: 13516 and Got rid of JOURNAL WRAP ERROR

 

>On New DC

- Under Registry Set BurFlag value to D2

- Started NTFRS Service

- Eventually got Event Id: 13516
