Question : Outlook XP calendar sharing w/ multiple users on same machine

My wife and I are using Outlook XP on the same Windows XP computer.  We each have our own desktops, and this also gives us our own calendars and inboxes and so-on within Outlook.  I would like to know how to share a calendar with her, or share certain tasks so that when she adds something to her calendar that affects the both of us, it appears on my calendar as well, and vice-versa.  I would like to be able to add/remove things from her calendar as well.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have followed guides online that show something similar but I should mention that there is no "Permissions" button on my personal folders properties page.
