Question : Outlook 2003 and Adobe PDFMaker

Can someone help me in getting rid of the PDFMaker plug-in from Outlook 2003. I went to options and looked at the add-ins and it is not showing up there. I cannot seem to get rid of it from Outlook. I was able to remove it from all the other office apps, but not Outlook. I installed Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0 and it installed the plug-ins for all the Office apps. Thanks
