i would like to know if there is anyway i can edit the limited profile for windows xp PRO so i could add more restrictions.  or even possible add a different type of profile settings such as limited account 2

There are all sorts of things you could do with a limited account such as the above mentioned but the shortcut to it is start -->run-->secpol.msc You could also give it admin rights for a little bit and go in and edit the registry so certain programs dont run such as cmd.exe or other things that limited account users wouldnt need you could even turn the reg edit off in the registry it all depends on what you really need to do and what you are trying to limit.
