Question : Outlook 2003 duplicating emails.

I'm trying to track down an issue that is duplicating email in an Outlook 2003 mailbox.  The Exchange Server is 2000.  The user makes extensive use of rules to sort mail into folders.  The user has cache-mode enabled as well as a .OST.  Operating System is Windows XP.  Also, trying to track down a utility or option that can display or print all the outlook rules with their detail if such an utility or option exists to help troubleshoot this issue.

I would start by putting "Stop Processing" at the end each rule to see if that eliminates the problem.
