Question : Outlook, 2002, Identities

Is there a faster way to switch identities/profiles in Outlook 2002?  I currently have to close out of one and then reopen when I get the little box with the dropdown to choose a different profile.  In outlook express you can switch easily from the File menu - am I missing somehting in Outlook 2002?
