Question : Outlook 2003 hangs when Selecting Insert file.

Hello,

Problem started yesterday with one Outlook client. The "Insert File" hangs for 30 - 60 seconds, per dicectory, local, or over the network.

Attempted solutions:

1. Repair Outlook
2. Reinstall Outlook
3. SCANPST on all PST files for this user
4. Created a new Outlook profile
5. Created a new Windows profile.
6. Manual repair for the MS06-015 fix
7. Added EnableShellDataCaching in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\Open Find value 1
8. Disconnected all network drives.
9. Cleared all internet cache, cookies, etc.
10. Cleared all temp files from the system and user profiles.
11.I have stopped all unneeded services (no change in behavior)
12. I have attemped 90% of the solutions on this site.

I do not want to blow away the users profile completely, but it is looking like this might be the solution. If there is anything you can think of please let me know.
