Question : Auto Close Email when you reply

I have a user that does not close email when she replys, thus lots of read emails open on PC. I know this can be corrected by user training but is there a option in outlook 2003 that can close email automatically when you reply. Thanks.

Tools / Options / Preferences tab / Select Email Options / Check the box for 'Close original message on reply or forward'
