Question : Conditional formatting for multiple values in Access Datasheet
|
|
I am trying to enter 4 values in a conditional statement in a Microsoft Access datasheet to turn the cell a specific color (GREEN) so that if will identify this group of records from another group of records. Since Access only allows up to 3 conditions, and I have already used the other two conditions, I have trying to group 4 similar types into one condition. Is this possible?
This is the statement I am trying to enter:
Field Value is = (1708 OR 2151 OR 2263 OR 2264) format to use when condition is true: background is green.
The numbers are ID numbers representing a specific type on condition. These 4 are related to each other (REPRESENTING VACATION, SICK, PTO, OUT). The other two are distinctly different (REPRESENTING UNASSIGNED, HOLIDAY).
Thanks for your help. I tried looking through the questions and I didn't see anything that looked like it touched on this question.
