Question : Outlook 2003 error 0x8007000E

I have seen this problem in here before but I have done all the accepted answers and syill have this problem. When tring to get e-mail buy hitting send/recieve I get this message
"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8007000E) : 'Out of memory or system resouces. Close some windows programs and try again,'
I have deleted my mail and windows profile and the problem is still there. I tried getting to my e-mail from my laptop same problem. We have 12 outer PC's using the Exchange Server and none of these have this error just mine. I am in the process of formatting my hard drive and reinstalling XP pro but if it is doing this on two different PC's my guess this will not help. I can only asume the problem is on my PC but two of them. I think I may have to deleat my self from the Win 2000 server and my e-mail account from the Exchange Server also. Any Idea's out there?

I have never seen this problem myself but MS recognise this as an issue
