Question : How do I stop the system configuration utility from launching every time I boot my pc

My PC has suddenly started to luanch the system configuration utility from launching every time I boot my pc and every half hour or so my pc will display a dialog box saying that due to an error my pc needs to shutdown in 30 seconds.

This driving me crazy, can someone please let me know how to fix this.

Nothing seems to be able to find this virus and as I need this PC, I have decided to bite the bullet and reformat the drive and install windows again and everything is now back to normal, but thankd for your efforts.
