Question : Non-AD Logoff/Shutdown Script?

I'm looking for a way to run a logoff/shutdown script on an XP machine that's not in a domain.  I found this link, but the page doesn't exist any more.

Is this possible?  If so, how is it done?  Thanks!!!

Within gpedit.msc:
Local Computer Policy
> Computer Configuration
>> Windows Settings
>>>Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)
>>>>Shutdown

C:\Windows\system32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Scripts\Shutdown

In the registry this appears in:

Value: Script
Type: REG_SZ
Value Data:

You may want to test this yourself to confirm.
