Question : turning off hidden files when 'folder options' missing
|

I have a labtop running Win XP Pro.
I have a few folders/files in 'my documents' with hidden files. Recently I was trying to deactivate the hidden files by going through the 'control panel' in 'classic view' however the icon 'folder options' is missing ( maybe deleted by mistake)
How can I retreive this icon / function and turn off the hidden files feature?
