Question : Attached image in email cannot see

Sometimes I get forward emails from my friends which contain some image but I cannot see it. It shows some wierd code something like this :

Now my question is how can I see the picture in this email. Is there any tool or software to convert this code to picture?

Man i have the same problem almost everyday coz my institute default email client is pretty lame. The best way is to open it another mail client like outlook etc if u can or simply fwd to a dummy email id of ur own and watch from there( I do this by fwd my pics to my yahoo account)
