Question : Best/quickests way to export/import global address lists into outlook for pop3 use.

Want to:
Take contact info from either a defined address list (choice #1) or the global address list (choice #2) and import it to machines that are not on the network... using pop3.  I would like a simple method to do this job, hopefully not involving purcahsing 3rd part software.  I would like a way to do this for Outlook express (PAB) and Outlook contacts. (outlook address book)
I have done it in the past.. but it takes me a while.. alot of mucking around and custom editing.  I have not done it in a while and dont remember how I did it.   But I figure why reinvent the wheel... someone on here probably has  a good way to do this.
