Now I checked, and their domain is not listed under any kind of blacklist. I also do not run any kind of Sender ID filter.

I checked the event logs on the mail server but could not find anything pertaining to this issue. No one else is having problems emailing us.

Because it said "Message refused" i assumed the issue was on my end.
