Settings: Current Farm: NT4.0/MF1.8 working fine. Creating a New Farm: W2K SP4/MF XP FR3, Computer Browsing Service disabled for now(will be enabled for off hour testing). Total 3 Servers: 1 Data collector server, 2 citrix apps servers. Apps published on 2 citrix servers only. Different farm names used. Accepted default zone setting for install, renamed zone after install. All new farm servers are in the new named zone. Enabled for Created browser listeneron UDP network and NetBios network under ICA Browser Settings. Enabed Logons to servers. activated Citrix Licenses on all servers. Activated TS Licenses on the Data Collector server as well.
Trying to create a new farm for upgrading purpose. From client, I can connect to new servers fine, however I can not connect to pub. apps with error message 'The citrix Metaframe server you have selected is not accepting connections.' THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Answer : The citrix Metaframe server you have selected is not accepting connections.

Telnet to your server using the Citrix port number of 1494, example:
telnet servername 1494
Do this from a command prompt, hit enter, and you should see ICA. If you see that, then your server is listening on that particular port #.
If you don't get that, then start looking at your services, software firewall (disable that if you have one).
If you do see that, then look for places where you can 'administratively' disable logons. Number of connections allowed, etc...
