Question : Showing full e-mail address instead of Display Name

We have a Microsoft Exchange server and I was wondering if there is a way to show the full e-mail address instead of their Full Name when you click on a user in the global address list to add to your "TO" bar.

Here is how Outlook resolves and display names

The opnly way to show only to show only the address is list the address in Global Address list as an email address, no first and last name.
